1. Why do I have to pay first?

The creative logo ideas from our specialist are just as valuable as the logo itself. Collecting the payment first prevents someone from stealing the ideas once they have been seen.

2. How do we start the process?

1. Get a Quote. We email you the invoice. It will come from our business branding company Fortune and Associates. 


2. Our designers will start as soon as the invoice is paid. We have over 100 design specialist and our company runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 


3. We will text or email you the first designs and ask for your feedback back so that we can get it back to the designers for revisions if need be.

3. What payments do you accept and what is your refund policy?


We accept Cash, Checks, Credit or Debit Cards and PayPal payments because it’s secure. We keep all your receipts for your records just in case you misplace them by the end of the year for tax write offs. 

Refund Policy:

Because we are providing a service that charges for our time, payments made to Fortune and Associates are non-refundable.  In the event of project cancellation, all moneys paid toward a project are retained and any work that has been performed for the project beyond what has been previously invoiced will be billable.

4. What is the Login/Sign up form for?
